Arboair

Stop guessing.Start knowing what your forest is worth.

A traditional standing timber valuation is built on manual sampling and experience-based estimates. Arboair's AI calculates volume, assortment and price for every individual tree on the property – giving you a negotiating basis that actually holds up.

The problem with traditional valuation

You are negotiating on the wrong numbers

A manual standing timber valuation is based on calipering a selection of trees and extrapolating to the whole stand. The error can be significant – and it is almost always you as the forest owner who loses out. A timber buyer with their own figures holds an information advantage that affects the price.

Digital valuation eliminates that information advantage. Every tree is analysed individually – species, height, stem diameter, volume and assortment – and aggregated into complete valuation documentation per tract.
