Yes. Arboair's valuation documentation contains volumes per assortment and price estimates per tract based on current timber prices. It is documented, independent evidence that creates transparency in the negotiation – and strengthens the landowner's trust in you as a buyer.
How quickly can I get documentation for a new site?

Is it suitable for ongoing purchasing operations or only individual sites?
